  • Explosion proof integrated temperature transmitter on-site installation type temperature transmitter unit, used in conjunction with industrial thermocouples and thermal resistors, adopts a two-wire transmission method (two wires serve as a common transmission line for power input and signal output). Convert industrial thermocouple and thermistor signals into 4-20mA and 0-10mA output signals that are linear with the input signal or temperature signal. Integrated digital displayThe temperature transmitter can be directly installed in the junction box of thermocouples and thermal resistors to form an integrated structure. As a new generation of temperature measuring instrument, it can be widely used in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, power, light industry, textile, food, national defense, and scientific research.

    Cold end, temperature drift, non-linear automatic compensation.
    High measurement accuracy and good long-term stability.
    The temperature module adopts epoxy resin casting technology internally, which is suitable for use in various harsh and dangerous places.
    Integrated design, simple and reasonable structure, can directly replace ordinary assembled thermocouples and thermistors.
    By using thermocouple temperature change, compensation wires can be avoided, reducing costs.
    LCD, digital display, and multiple indicator functions facilitate timely monitoring on site.
    When the on-site ambient temperature is greater than 70 ℃, the transmitter and on-site display instrument can be installed separately (isolated).
    Explosion proof level: dIIBT4, dIIBT5 (can provide intrinsic safety barriers).

    The junction box is made of aluminum alloy and is waterproof with a protection level of IP65.
